Hi, My name is Mia Pace and I’m 12 years old. I am delighted to be an ambassador for Dr Show and use all of the products on my ponies all the time. I started riding at about 2 years old and used to ride with my Mum.

My first ponies Lady and Bella were lovely Shetland x Minis. We had lots of fun at Ag shows with lead line rider classes and fancy dress. I was privileged to be able to use awesome school pony named Lassie who taught me so much at shows and pony club. After that I moved onto a Welsh A Anwen who was a real cutie, and then was offered Samson, a Connemara x who is still my main pony. Mum used to use Samson a lot in Equine Assisted Learning programmes with children.

Sam taught me to jump, along with my coach Trudy and her daughter Brooke. This year I will compete in Combined Training and 4 Phase Showman at Secondary Interschool.

In 2017 I received a Silver Sports Award from Faith Lutheran College for representing the College at State level in Interschool. This I achieved with Glenormiston Dunmurry, another school master who was kindly leant to me. Murry and I won Supreme Champion led Connemara exhibit and Reserve Champion ridden Connemara at the Toowoomba Royal in 2017, also placing in the top 4 for Native Pony Hunter.

It is also great fun to help my Mum compete with her Andalusian Rosie. We have twice received National Youth Handler at the Andalusian Nationals. I love the effect Dr Show detangler has on our horses thick tails when we take them to shows. It will be great to move into 2018 with new competition challenges and a Galloway sized horse to experiment with. Thanks so much Jenny and Neil. You help me keep my ponies looking fantastic with your great Dr Show products.
